Return and Refund Policy

Damaged products, incomplete products, product defective or doesn’t work, received late product, lost in transport products, products not as described, etc.

  • If contacted within 30 days of receipt, we will either replace (if item is in stock) or refund the product at customer’s discretion.
  • Customer will be supplied with a prepaid return label
  • Product must be returned in its original packaging and in “as new” and resalable condition in order for customer to receive a full refund. If product is not in resalable condition due to damaged or missing packaging, missing instructions or other accessories missing, restocking fees of up to 20% may apply. If product have been used, refund won’t be issued and product may be returned to customer at customer’s expense.

Better price available, no longer needed, bought the wrong part, Incompatible or not useful, or any other reasons

  • If contacted within 30 days of receipt, we will accept customer return request. No partial or full refund will be approved.
  • Customer will be supplied with a prepaid or unpaid return label at Recreashop discretion
  • Product must be returned in its original packaging and in “as new” and resalable condition in order for customer to receive a full refund. If product is not in resalable condition due to damaged or missing packaging, missing instructions or other accessories missing, restocking fees of up to 20% may apply. If product have been used, refund won’t be issued and product may be returned to customer at customer’s expense.

Cancellation Policy

If the product weighs more than 50 lbs or is longer than 60 inches, the customer will receive unpaid return label for the return.

  • Cancellation request received before tracking number has been confirmed.

Recreashop will do everything that is within its reasonable power to cancel a customer order if that order isn’t shipped yet.

  • Cancellation request received after confirmation of tracking number.
